Privacy Policy
This document explains how Staminapria collects, uses, and stores personal data when you use staminapria.org. It applies to visitors and to anyone who contacts us through the site.
We publish guides on natural supplements for men, vitamins and minerals for men, and everyday routines built around healthy lifestyle products. This policy covers the whole site, including those guides and the pages that describe popular products for men.

Data We Collect
Two kinds of information reach us: what you choose to send, and what the server records on its own.
What arrives, and from where
-
Contact form messages
When you use the contact page, we receive your name, your email address, and the content of your message. Nothing extra is required to send it.
-
Email correspondence
If you write to [email protected] directly, we hold the address you wrote from and the message itself, so we can reply and keep track of follow-ups.
-
Server logs
Our web server records basic technical data automatically: browser type, the pages you visited, the time of the visit, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We do not use this data to identify you as a person.
-
What we do not ask for
We do not run accounts on this site, and we do not ask for payment details. If you are browsing our guides on natural supplements for men or reading about natural capsules for strength and vitality, no personal information is collected unless you decide to write to us.
Why We Collect It
Each piece of information has one job. None of it is gathered so we can build a profile of you, and none of it is used to decide what you see on the site.
This is a small editorial operation. Answering a question about a guide on vitamins and minerals for men takes a person, not a marketing system.
Correspondence
Answering you
Contact details are used to reply to your message and to follow up while the conversation is open. That includes questions about a page, a correction to something we wrote, and partnership or editorial inquiries.
Technical data
Keeping the site working
Server logs tell us which pages load slowly, which guides people actually read, and whether anything odd is hitting the site. We use that to fix problems and to detect abuse, then leave it alone.
We do not use your correspondence to send you newsletters, offers, or product mailings. If a guide says a supplement may support energy and endurance, that is editorial context, not a reason for us to contact you.
Cookies
The site uses cookies and similar technologies. They keep pages working between visits and let us see, in aggregate, which sections of the site get read. They are not used to follow you around the wider web.
The full list of cookies we set, what each one does, and how to remove them is set out in our Cookie Policy, which forms part of this Privacy Policy.
Read the cookie policy
Cookies on this site are limited to what keeps the pages working and what tells us which guides are worth updating.
How Long We Keep Data
Nothing is kept indefinitely. Contact messages are retained for as long as they are needed to handle the inquiry and any follow-up that comes out of it, then removed on a routine schedule. Server logs are held for a limited period for security and diagnostic purposes only. When we no longer need either, we delete it rather than archive it.

Sharing Data
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties so they can market to you. There is no list to buy into, and no advertiser receives your name or your message.
Requests about your data go to a person on our side, not to an automated queue.
-
Hosting providers
Data may be processed by service providers who host the site or run its email, and only to the extent needed to operate the service. They act on our instructions.
-
Legal requirements
If we are required to disclose information by law, we disclose only what the request actually covers and tell you where we are allowed to.
-
Editorial workflow
Messages that point out a mistake in a guide, or suggest a topic, may be kept in our editorial notes so the same correction is not made twice. Your address stays out of anything published.
-
What never happens
Your details are not sold, rented, or handed to advertising networks. Reading our pages on men's health support does not subscribe you to anything.
Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Send requests to [email protected], and we may ask you to confirm your identity before we act.
Contact the editorial teamAccess and copies
Ask what we hold and we will tell you plainly: which message, which address, and when it arrived. There is no fee for a reasonable request.
Correction
If a name or address we recorded is wrong, tell us and we will correct it. The same applies if you would rather we used a different address for replies.
Deletion
Ask us to delete your message and contact details and we will remove them, unless we are required to keep a record for a specific legal reason.
Stop contact
Say the word and the thread closes. We will not chase you about a topic you wrote in about, and we will not add you to any mailing list on the way out.
Questions we get about this policy
Does reading this site require me to give any details?
No. You can read every guide, including the pages on men's vitamin supplements and everyday routines, without sending anything. Information reaches us only when you choose to write through the contact page or by email.
Does asking a question add me to a mailing list?
No. Your message is answered and then it stays a message. We do not run a newsletter from this address, and sending us a question does not sign you up for anything.
How quickly will you answer a request about my data?
Requests are handled during working hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. Simple access or deletion requests are usually dealt with in the first reply; anything that needs identity confirmation takes a little longer.
What happens if this policy changes?
The updated text appears on this page with a new date at the top. If a change affects how we handle correspondence you have already sent, we will say so rather than quietly rewrite the record.
Editorial questions about ingredients, formats, or how we describe a product are answered the same way as privacy requests: by a person, in writing, during working hours.
Contact
Write to us about this policy, a correction in one of our guides on energy and endurance supplements, or anything you would like explained more clearly. We answer during working hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
